Here at Gorilla Landscape, we understand that price is a big part of the buying decision and want to be open and transparent about our pricing structure. It is uncommon in our industry to share this information, but I believe that by making our costs, expenses, and prices transparent we will earn the trust of our Customers, employees, and community. We have nothing to hide and want to give our Customers all the information they need to determine if we are the right fit for their landscaping project or maintenance.

That being said, we are not the right landscape company for some homeowners and Customers. If someone is looking for price discounts, bartering, or price-matching... Gorilla Landscape is not the service for them. We have standardized pricing on all the services we perform. We strive to make a financially-sustainable business that can serve our Customers far into the future. We aren't the lowest price in town, but we certainly are not the most expensive. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our efficiency within the company in order to give our Customers the best price possible.

We have standardized prices used for lawn mowing, based upon square footage. There are many variables that will increase or decrease the price but these are the general guidelines we use. These prices are per mowing service on a weekly or bi-weekly (every other week) schedule. We require all Customers to be on a weekly schedule from April till end of June. During the Summer you may switch to a biweekly schedule.

0-9,000sqft $35 minimum
9,000-10,000sqft $35-$40
10,000-15,000sqft $40-$55

We calculate mulch by the Cubic Yard. When we give a mulch estimate, it includes the cost of mulch material and to install mulch.

There are many variables that will increase or decrease the price of mulch installation, the main factor is type of mulch. Different types of mulch vary in price.

$110/Cubic Yard is the standardized price we charge for mulch installation.

There are many variables to shrub/bush trimming that increase or decrease the price.

Each trimming job we complete requires us to dump the bush trimmings and debris at the compost facility. Pay dumping fees. All of these factors add up and for those reasons we have a bush trimming minimum charge.
